David Rushton : Collapse the Box

When over in Scotland in May 2019 to film the Sanquhar Arts Festival the Belfast production company and broadcaster, NvTv interviewed David Rushton. NvTv had shot enough footage to edit a programme for their artist series, ‘Collapse the Box’. Here MERZ Director David Rushton talks about his reasons for relocating to Sanquhar, for establishing MERZ as a contemporary art gallery with an artists’ residency and for recently opening the Museum of Model Art.
